OPEX (Operating Expenses)

OPEX includes all expenses related to the day-to-day operation of the property. These costs may include payments for services such as cleaning, maintenance, security, building management, insurance, property tax, common utilities, etc. These costs are usually recharged to tenants based on the proportion of the area of their rental unit to the total rentable area of the building.
